The person behind droza
I have spent 15+ years helping organisations navigate change. But I have always been most interested in the people side of it.
Why do leaders struggle to align? Why do teams stop working well? Why does communication break down? Why do people resist what makes sense on paper? Why do organisations know what they want yet struggle to deliver?
Those questions sit underneath much of the work I do. A people problem is often a business problem. It deserves calm attention, clear thinking and a practical next step.
